Do credits expire monthly?
No, credits never expire. They remain in your account permanently and can be used anytime.
What are credits?
Credits are used to generate videos and images. Different features consume different amounts of credits based on complexity.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Japan Credit Bureau (JCB) and other credit cards.
How many credits are needed to generate a video?
Video generation costs 2-10 credits depending on video length and resolution. Higher quality and longer videos require more credits.
I paid successfully, but I don't see the credits in my account?
If your payment was successful but credits are not showing in your account, please wait 1 minute and refresh the page. If you still don't see the credits, please send your order screenshot or payment receipt to our support email support@wan26.info and contact us.
